The Racine City Tavern League is a non-profit trade association dedicated to serving the needs of the retail alcohol beverage segment of the hospitality industry in the city of Racine.  The League exists to provide services to members that are not available to them as individuals and to use the collective strength of its membership to accomplish as a group, goals that cannot be accomplished alone.  The League provides their members with services, legislative and governmental relations, legal information, educational services and promotes the industry on behalf of its membership.

The alcohol beverage industry is the most regulated and most taxed industry in the country.  We constantly find ourselves under attack.  That is why over 60 years ago, since the repeal of prohibition, the Tavern League of Wisconsin was organized.  Over the course of those 60 years the TLW has earned the reputation as one of the most powerful lobbying groups in Wisconsin.

Joining forces with other license holders across Wisconsin gives you the strong voice you need in the legislative process.  On average, over 100 bills a year are introduced in Madison that would affect your business in one way or another.  You can not win these battles alone.

As a TLW member you receive a monthly newsletter from the TLW Headquarters updating you on all the recent state and federal legislation.  In addition, you will receive timely information from the Department of Revenue and BATF as well as a monthly calendar of events.  Every other month you receive a copy of the Official TLW magazine On Premise which keeps you "in the loop" on the important issues facing the alcohol beverage industry.
